All messages are logged, which is necessary for today’s regulatory compliance. The log includes sender and recipient; date and time when message was sent, delivered, read, replied; in addition to message and reply content. This data may be exported to an excel spreadsheet; API compatibility allows integration with third party vendor products. This provides quantitative data for qualitative core measures.
Distinct, customizable notifications ensure that critical messages are noticed. Messages are displayed in the application, separating important critical messages from email and SMS messages.
CriticalComm Portal® together with CriticalComm MessageSync® allows a Portal user to send messages to a recipient with the CriticalComm MessageSync® application and ask for a reply. The user can create up to six canned responses from which the recipient can choose. When the recipient chooses the appropriate response, he can hit “send”. His response is recorded in the Portal log.
The CriticalComm MessageSync® APP allows communication between multiple devices with the CriticalComm MessageSync® APP. A user may send a message to any contact within the CriticalComm MessageSync® APP’s directory that has a CriticalComm number. The user may ask for a reply*, up to six canned replies of their choosing. All APP to APP messaging remains encrypted and HIPAA compliant.
